Failed my 1 hour glucose test

So I got the call last week that I failed my 1 hour pregnancy glucose test. This test is to determine if I have gestational Diabetes. I'm so bum'd about the test results as Diabetes runs in my family- it scares me :(

Today I went and took the 3 hour follow up test for the glucose... It was the longest 3 hours ever! Had to drink a sugary drink in the first hour that made me dizzy and made my vision very blurry. I had to fast before the test so I'm sure that made the test even more yucky! My little girl was sure jumping around in my tummy- all that sugar from the drink.
I'm just glad that test is over now I wait to see the results- STAY TUNED!

But, when it bringing a new life into the world--a most joyous miracle--she doesn't even consider looking for professional help with the challenges of preparing for a new baby!

We surveyed expecting moms to find out their perspective on hiring a baby coordinator and we found that they’re truly not well-informed. Help us dispel their myths!



Inform your readers why a baby coordinator can be a mom’s best friend.



MYTH:

The coordinator would be a stranger intruding into our family.



TRUTH:

Roselle Andrea, The Baby Coordinator, takes time to get to know the mom-to-be, developing a personal relationship during 9 months of pregnancy. The moms who interact with Roselle feel comfortable because of her warm and easygoing nature as she becomes a trusted friend and confidant—someone to feel close with during a very personal time.



MYTH:
It sounds too expensive for me. I’ll be paying for stuff I don’t need or already have.



TRUTH:

Many of the moms Roselle works with like having a baby coordinator because she keeps them within budget. Moms tend to go overboard shopping, only later to regret it because most of the items never get used. Roselle works with parents who have very small budgets—in fact, small budgets and small spaces are one of her specialties. Funny baby girl!

I was so worried all night about my girl. She moves constantly and wouldn't move... I was poking and prodding her. I luckily had a DRS appt today- I'm high risk so I get them every two weeks which is very reassuring. So at the doctors appt she started moving like crazy- go figure! Then I found out she in now breech after being head down for 6 weeks. Go figure maybe that's why it took so long to feel her move. She decided to change positions to be more comfortable-lol :)

Amazing- this little girl dances!

I have been feeling our little girl move since I was about 16 weeks pregnant. She is ALWAYS moving! She loves to bounce around- you can see my entire tummy move. It's amazing that I can see my little girl roll into one side of my tummy already! When I was pregnant with Dylan he would move in the afternoon and before I went to bed- pretty much at the same times every day.

Happy Halloween!

Trick or Treating was so much fun this year! You never realize how much fun Halloween can be until you have children of your own. Dylan was so excited to go out and go to the "trick or treat houses" as he called them. It was a blast to se the excitement on his face- what a TREAT! Next year we will have two Kids to enjoy.

Another Red Head??

I know we all wonder what our kids will look like when they are born. When we had my 1st son we decided that we would name him Dylan if he came out a brunette and Logan if he came out a blonde. Well... I think I jinxed my self he came out BALD and was that way for the 1st year and 1/2. Then it came in Curly RED!  My husband is a toe head blonde and I'm "naturally" :) dirty blonde Now I'm wondering what will this baby look like....maybe another RED HEAD? I've heard that to have a red head you must have red heads on both sides of the family. Here is my red head
