Yoga for Moms and Tots- Win HERE!

I always hear how great Yoga is for expecting moms.

I'm a constant reader and blogger on www.babycenter.com

This is what they say about Yoga for moms to be:
Tracey Mallett, fitness expert
Yoga can be very beneficial for pregnant women — it helps you breathe and relax, which in turn can help you adjust to the physical demands of pregnancy, labor, birth, and motherhood. It calms both mind and body, providing the physical and emotional stress relief your body needs throughout the experience of pregnancy. Taking a prenatal yoga class is also a great way to meet other moms-to-be and embark on this journey together.

I found a great way to get my 3 year old son involved in Yoga with me! Check out this website www.barefoot-books.com

I thought the Yoga breathing was good for after the birth as well. Good for those moments of anxiety in the first few weeks and good when trying to get your new baby to latch onto sore nipples.

Prenatal Yoga classes are great too, since you won't feel like the big girl in the exercise class.
